It does not mean we are lawyers or that we offer legal services. Nothing on the Site creates an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

The Site describes our products and services for general information. It is not an offer, and it does not form a contract. Any engagement for our services is governed only by a separate signed agreement. Descriptions of products in development may change.

No guarantees about results

We do not promise any particular outcome from our analysis, tools or services. Any findings, reports or results are governed by the separate signed agreement for that engagement.

Intellectual property

Oath AI owns the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the Oath AI and Oath Acquire names, or uses them with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, modify, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation, or tries to get into systems or data you aren't authorized to reach.

Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OATH AI LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Governing law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
